Compose time wrong?

Hi, I'm new to Imp. I've installed Imp 3.0 with Horde 2.0, 
Apache_1.3.23, PHP 4.11, mysql-3.23.47, on a RH Linux 7.2 system  
machine. 

Imp works fine, exept for the compose date. The last login date 
displays ok, with the day of the week, time and zone (BRST= Brasil,  
Rio de Janeiro daylight saving time = GMT-0200). When composing, the 
time shows 2 hours ahead and +0000, as time zone. If I sent a message 
to myself, Imp list it in the inbox with the time 2 hours ahead from 
now.

What I did wrong or where do I change this?

Hi
I have Horde 2.0/IMP 3.0 and everytime i send mail with an attachment,
the mail is received without the attachment.
I have edited the php.ini file to include the temp upload dir.


Can i solve this?
