[imp] No messages on page [solution]

I found determined, that on RH7.2 the imap-2001a is not working with IMP 
the logging in not working. When I downgraded to imap-2000c, the login 
part worked well but I didn't see any mail on the screen since IMP wrote 
that there are mails.
I downloaded imap-2000c sources, recompiled and compiled the apache/php 
again and voa'la, it is working.
I don't know what is the problem with that new imap packages, I would like 
tou upgrade (for security reasons).

p.s.: I compiled the imap-2001a package but it didn't help.
