is it possible to disable maintenance? I don't want maintenance to ever be
performed and I don't want it to prompt once a month.

Subject: new passwd et all packages
I've updated my patches. Mostly just the fix to the require statement
in main.php, and doc changes. But, I've also added a new module called
accounts.
Accounts doesn't really do anything, it is just a front end for the other
modules. After adding passwd, forwards, and vacation to the Horde menu bar,
the menu bar was too long to fit on a (low-res) display screen. So I created
a single module called "Account Manager" (accounts) from which you can
select the other modules. Basically just a way to organize things and
save some screen real estate.
The new modules isn't well documented yet, but it should work. Consider
it beta code...
As always, the files are at
https://mail.ph.utexas.edu/test2/horde/patches/public/
I really should move them to a nicer url though ;) Maybe that will be my
next change!
