Page 'Describe the Problem'

Hi,

a new problem:

When I select 'Problem?' then is to see the page
'Describe the Problem' only in English (Language is
'Deutsch').

What I must to set?

upgraded, works , thx alot !

only think I had to make a link from /usr/share/pear to /usr/share/php

adding path /usr/share/pear in php.ini didnt do it.
