 I think the problem must be diagnosed properly before applying some random
 solution.

 It is probably enough to increase CT_Shm->$shm_size in local.inc.

No, I don't think. We had some hard time to find out how to set the 
environment variables to make the gettext stuff work on most platform and 
with least problems. The ln_CO style seem to work on most systems.

We take care of that difference in that we test for the wvWare version 
before calling it.

You probably have a Horde and an IMP version that aren't compatible.
