[imp] IMP installation problem

I have installed Horde 2.0 and IMP 3. When I try to connect to imp I get the

/usr/local/horde/imp/lib/base.php on line 65

The mail archive mentions something about line feeds in the
/imp/lib/base.php and /horde/config/Registry.php I tried to clean them using
vi and pico but this did not help.

Is there a way to fix this problem?
