[imp] removed IMP::preambleString() .

If you are using HEAD from CVS you need to re-save your Trash, Drafts,
and Sent-Mail folder options in preferences, not get rid of
IMP::preambleString().

Check the archives - this is the result of a recent change (back to the
old way) of handling folder prefixes in preferences.  In other words,
this is the second time this has changed in HEAD.
