[imp] CRAM-MD5 problem with Horde2/IMP3 and PHP4.1.1 ..

It works well for me, with CRAM-MD5, IMP is on a RedHat 7.1 box:

imap-2001a-5
imap-devel-2001a-5

php 4.1.1 compiled by me.

The IMAP server runs Cyrus 1.6.22, SASL 1.5.24, on another server.

Lots of CRAM-MD5 logins all day, never any problems.
