[imp] Printing

I see the message from Chuck on 02/05 but the reply just says it's
resolved.  Any way I can get the fix Chuck?  I already editted
/horde/imp/templates/javascript/open_print_win.js, but this didn't resolve
the issue.  Sorry about this, I instead to begin using cvs in the near
future.
