sendmail -f

With the latest Horde frameworka and IMP3.0, as I believe previous version
of IMP, sendmail is called with the -f option

Using Qmail's sendmail wrapper, the -f option effectively overwrites any
environment variables set such as those used by QmailScanner (
http://qmail-scanner.sourceforge.net )
QMAILQUEUE

Are there any workarounds for Qmail and environment variables?  Where in the
code is the -f option passed to sendmail ?
