Completing the "From Address" field

Hi there,

I am new to horde, imp and turba. I have just installed horde 2.0 and
imp3.0. I am trying
to build a Webmail Server to replace an Microsoft Exchange Server 5.0.

I have posted a previous message named "Disabling From Address field".
Thanks for all that helped me, it is now locked and showing the senders
e-mail address.

Now I would like to find a way to complete the From Address field based on
the username that has logged into IMP so that the senders name comes along
his e-mail address.

I was able to build an Ldap server that is scanned by Turba to complete the
receipients name on To Address field.

Would anybody show me how to, in the compose window, make IMP scan Ldap, NIS
or passwd file so that the sender name can show along his e-mail account on
the From Address field?

I know nothing about programming php or bash. Please help me with detailed
instructions.

Best regards,
