[imp] Folders and Languages not working

Yes, but that didn't help much. The only reference to Solaris is for version
2.6, but in Solaris 8, localization seems to be quite different.

Any other idea?

Did you follow the debug steps in po/README to see if this is a gettext, a
php or a Horde issue?
