IMP 3.0

I seem to be having some problems getting IMP 3.0 final working on a fresh
install of Red Hat 7.2 with the required packages installed, (packages
listed on the ftp site ftp.horde.org) I can't seem to figure out whats wrong
with it, i've got the older version of IMP to work pretty darn good, but
wanted to test 3.0 out. When trying to run IMP from the url
http://mydomain.com/horde/imp/ i'm gettig the following error:

This error message is the only thing that gets displayed on the default
page, Ie, gray black ground, no graphics, just that error message, i've ran
the test.php page and it came back with MCAL support and Mcrypt support for
the PHP module capablities a No. also the postgreSQL support (i'm using
MySQL)
