[imp] Problem loging into imp (new install)

Well lets see:

I have apache 1.3.23 which is the lateset.
I have mod_ssl for apache 1.3.23.
I have php 4.1.1 (and all that came with the php source) which is the latest
mysql 3.23.30 wihch came with RH 7.2
openssl version 0.9.6c (latest)
c-client version 2000
horde 2.0
imp 3.0
turba 1.0

About the only things I can upgrade are mysql and imap.
