Two IMP problems/questions.

I just installed IMP, and I'm having two problems with it:

1. There seems to be no link in the UI for the preferences
(https://www.example.com/horde/imp/prefs)  Is there a reason for that, or
am I just missing it somewhere?

2. Every single time a user logs in, it prompts him for the maintenance
tasks and, after I tell imp to perform those tasks, it says that I've
"never logged in".  It seems to be accessing the database okay, though, so
I'm confused?
