[imp] Odd problem with CommuniGate Pro

Problem solved! I had to remove the --imap-ssl configure options from
c-client and PHP,
and hey presto. Why this broke non-SSL POP3 functionality for only the
Communigate server
remains a mystery, but I'll leave it at that. Thanks for the
suggestions.
