[imp] IMP3 CVS RELENG_3 -- missing prefs.php -menu

i just wonder where the Preference menu vanished .. i can access
prefs.php 
manually and it all works , but from default the link in the Menu is
missing

i also noticed that the "smart" address-book feature , from where i can 
choose recipients directly from the composing window is gone in imp 3.0
,
will this feature be reimplemented .. its useful mot to loose composings
when 
choosing additional recipients during writing mails
.. 
and last , but that may be something for the turba-list :#
when selecting recipients from turba and start composing , imp pops up a
new 
window nevertheless i set  'compose_popup' in config/prefs.php to
'value' => 0
