poppassd problems

I am  running Horde 2.0, IMP 3.0, PHP-4.1.2
with FTP, Gettext, IMAP, Mcrypt, MySQL,
support modules, apache, +mod_ssl on a linux Mandrake box

I installed the poppasswd patch to allow clients to change their
password
using poppasswd.  I tested poppasswd by telneting port 106 and it's
working good.

When I try to change the password trough IMP using the patch it gives
me the page to fill the old and the new password as expected but when
I
submit the form it gives the error:

Warning: Undefined index: in
/home/httpd/html/horde/passwd/templates/menu.inc on line 28

I have searched the archive and can't find any answers on this.
