[imp] fatal error after login into imp 3.0

Below is what I have set in my horde/conf/horde.php file.  Is this
correct or should I modify something?  Thanks for all the feedback.

** Horde Logging
$conf ['log'] ['enabled'] = true;
$conf ['log'] ['type'] = 'file';
$conf ['log'] ['name'] = e:\inetpub\wwwroot\horde\errorlog.txt;
$conf ['log'] ['priority'] = LOG_DEBUG;
$conf ['log'] ['ident'] = 'HORDE';
// $conf ['log'] ['params'] = array ();

That needs to be a string - enclosed in single quotes.
