[imp] Undefined index: msgl

I just downgraded php from the 4.2.0-dev version to 4.1.2 and all the errors
gone...simsima...:) well that proves i guess that MySQL prefs is not related
to this.

	o I am on Solaris and moved back to php-4.1.2 which does not
		exhibit the msql error.

	o I had another MySQL prefs issue at the same time on php-4.2-dev
		and have not isolated what was really the msql error
		cause, yet.
