[imp] Problems with attachements too

You probably need to set your tmp directory in the appropriate places in
php.ini and restart your server.  I've found this is necessary even if it's
supposed to default to /tmp (it doesn't).  Also check your webserver has
permissions in this directory.  In addition, check your attachment isn't too
big (ie. smaller than the maximum allowed in php.ini).  These should sort
your problem.
