[imp] I get a php4 warnin if i started apache??

what is your platform ?
if solaris8 I had the LD_LIBRARYPATH to the script of starting apache

for example :

LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/local/lib:/usr/local/lib/sasl:/usr/openwin/lib:/usr/dt/lib:/usr/local/BerkeleyDB.3.2/lib:/usr/local/openssl/lib:/usr/local:/usr/local/lib/php
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH

 ./mysql.so       ./mysql.so cannot open shared object file:No such file
