[imp] IMP 3.1-RC1

Here are my findings from upgrading my test server to imp-3.1-RC1:

For the most part, no errors. I had to figure out that the server
list now defaulted to "none", but that wasn't a big deal. However, after
I logged in I was presented with the following error:


Warning: Undefined variable: getvars in /var/httpd/html/inboxdslnet/horde/lib/Maintenance.php on line 159

Warning: Cannot add header information - headers already sent by (output started at /var/httpd/html/inboxdslnet/horde/lib/Maintenance.php:159) in /var/httpd/html/inboxdslnet/horde/lib/Maintenance.php on line 159

Refreshing brought me to the normal IMP inbox. 

Now on to testing the new features :) Joy of Joys!
