[imp] IMP-CVS RELENG_3 Mailbox is empty problem.

It happens when I'm using POP3 to connect to WebMail, and it displays at
the bottom of the screen where it lists the Inbox saying "No Messages".

I can't reproduce this. What exact page do you get it on?
