IMP / horde and suiting my needs...

Hi,

I'm trying to figure out how to setup horde / imp to suit my needs. What I
want to accomplish is the following:

1. I want to be able to add users "on the fly" and have their mailing
address working immediately...
2. I also need encryption (SSL)
3. I want to use sendmail...
4. I want to use IMAP (off course)
5. I want to use Apache
6. I want to use IMP 3.1
7. I want to use Horde 2.1

Does anyone have / know a doc on this setup? I know it has been done before,
but I can't get any UPDATED doc on how to set this all up.
Can anyone give me a hint on where to look?
