PHP 4.1.1 & PEAR

Hi, i´m installing horde 2 and imp 3 on a red hat 7.1.
i´ve downloaded from php.net the php-4.1.1 package.

I compile it with:
 ./configure' '--with-mysql' '--with-apxs'
'--with-imap=/root/rpms/imap-2001a' '--with-xml' '--with-gettext'

When i open the test.php in the pear part apears:

PEAR - No
Check your PHP include_path setting to make sure it has the PEAR library
directory.
Recent PEAR - No
Mail::RFC822 - No
Log - No
DB - No

How can i fix it?
