Trouble with IMP

Hello every body.

I don't understand why my IMP is very slowly. I install it without =3D
problem and when i wan't to update my version of php and apache I have =
=3D
this problem.
When i consult my test page horde/test.php eveything is ok.=3D20
I notice with the old version IMP worked.

Can you help me ??
