Since you're picking nits: yes, we technically broke backwards 
compatibility. But we've never promised absolute backwords compatibility. 
The admins array was in Horde 2.0 but never really used/documented; it 
wasn't an official part of that API. None of the official Horde code 
relied on it. If it had been documented, we'd preserve it. But this is 
like yelling at us for changing them $imp session array that IMP uses - 
but we can go ahead and do that, because nothing should rely on it.
