cvs update

Hi,  I am running horde 2.0 and imp 3.0  yesterday I used cvs update -Pd to get 
the latest.  I wanted to get the sort by thread feature.

Problems encountered were:
Options are no longer accessable.
A user can no longer supply a different from: address
Turba returns page had no content error
upon login I get in my logs;

PHP Warning:  Mailbox does not exist (errflg=2) in Unknown on line 0
PHP Warning:  IMAP protocol error: Please select a mailbox first (errflg=2) in 
Unknown on line 0
 
Yet selecting the inbox takes me to my mail.

Were there that many changes in the past 2 months? or is there some other 
problem that I may be having?
