Submitting patches is how people join the development team, actually. If 
you read CODING_STANDARDS and submit code which works with the rest of 
Horde and doesn't break any core design goals, chances are very high that 
the changes will be committed; if you keep at it, chances are high we'll 
offer you a cvs account.
