[imp] horde2.1RC1/imp3.1RC1 Missing body text with REPLY

Hi!

When upgrading to 2.1/3.1 from 2.0/3.0, did you also upgrade the 
config-files? 
The option is in imp/config/prefs.php on about line 450.
