Problems with IMP and Courier

Hi gang,
   I have done some more checking on what my problems are with IMP 3.0
and using courier for the imap server. I was doing a little more messing
around after reading some of the archives on sessions. My problem is
that if I log in I can do everything and all is fine, then if I log out
using the log out link I go to the login page which is fine and I can
log back in as the same user and continue like normal. The problem comes
in when I logout using the link and try to log back in as a different
user sometimes it will let me log in and sometimes it won't, if it does
let me log in it's only for a minute or two and it logs me out. After
this happens I can no longer log in at all without restarting the imap
server. What I have found is that if I log in like normal and instead of
logging out using the logout link just close the browser window which
kills the session and open another browser window I can log in as
another person just fine and everything works fine. Is there anyway I
can get this all to work without having to close the browser and reopen
it to be able to log in as another person? The other thing I have
noticed is it is only with the imap server, none of this happens with
the pop server. Thanks for any help,
