[imp] Can IMP/Horde do this?

Steve,

As of right now, the answer that I have is that all users
have to do it manually.  Everyday I am tweaking the system more and
more, so if I come up with a 'Global' change that will do it,
I will post it to this list and CC: you.

hmm, each user has to do it? That's not very good...
