Well, darn it, it does... but at closer inspection, it doesn't have the
portability stuff that does the CASE_LOWER (just the one that emulates numrows).
I've updated to a more recent version, and it seems to be happy.

I hadn't thought so... but since I updated to the new PEAR, the search stuff
seems to be working right too.

I've committed it, with a couple of new things (<color> and <fontfamily>
implemented, a few tweaks to make nested <bigger> and <smaller> tags work,
etc.), and also broke most of it out into Horde, so that other apps can
use non IMP-specific bits (those being the quoting, etc.).
This is only in HEAD for now. We can backport an IMP-only driver if people
_need_ it for 3.1.
Eric, whatcha think of what I committed?
