Removing Features

All,

After a message comes into your mailbox and you click on it
to read it, the message window appears and from here you have
quite a few options to click on.

These options being:

Delete | Reply | Reply to All | Forward | Redirect | Blacklist 
Message Source | Save as | Print | Report as Spam 

I would like to remove the 'Save as' and 'Blacklist' links
since I will not be allowing these features.  Where is the code
I have to comment out?
