[imp] IE download/word/pdf problems

Hi :-)

This is much better now: when I receive a mail with a attachment, and
when I click on the floppy disk icon, I can decide to directly open the
document (eg a word document). In this case, the winword program is
launched and we can read the document in it. Or I can download it.

Unfortunately, there is still a problem under IE when I click on the
link which is the document name in IMP: in this case a new browser
window is opened, and there is a error like "page not found" in it.
