[imp] Patch for PHP --with-imap-ssl

I tested it with a non-ssl enabled c-client on a non-ssl enabled imap 
server and it seems to work, for ssl enabled systems it should anyway.

So I commited the change to cvs. Please report anybody if there are 
problems.
