Then again, ask and you shall receive.  What Ilya was seeing was a bug in a 
regexp - it wasn't correctly handling public keys without comments.  Fixed 
now, along with some other general cleanups to lib/Crypt/pgp.php:

let me know if this does (or does not) fix the problem.
