I'm new here myself, but have recv'd some excellent
advice already. 

I believe what he's saying is you have your browser or
firewall set to reject cookies. The problem only
occurs if your browser session rejects cookies.

and what is CVS

CVS is basically the bleeding edge version of the
software (the very newest and possibly still buggy as
it's in development).
