[imp] getting wvWare/wvHtml to work?

I've spent the morning trying to get wvWare/WvHtml working with
horde-2.0/imp-3.0.  All the info I've found in the docs and searching the
net seems to be outdated and or conflicting.  The FAQ still talks about
setting $default->path_to_mswordview in imp/config/defaults.php3.  It
looks as if all the configuration for this has moved out of imp and into
horde.

I've uncommented the wvHtml section of horde/config/mime_drivers.php and
added msword to $mime_drivers_map['horde']['registered'].

When I click on a word attachment, I get a new browser window, but the
window is blank.

I've verified that wvHtml does work buy using it to convert a word
document by hand.  What might I have missed?
