[imp] Login failed

I've installed IMP3.0 and all the stuff on Debian Linux. 
horde/test.php looks fine, only LDAP, MCAL and Mcrypt Support ist red, but as 
far as I understand, I don't need that.

Nevertheless, Login to the pop3-Server does not work. 
Pop3-Login from the command-line does work fine, but not from IMP. The log of 
the pop3-Server (cyrus) says:

badlogin: imp.ibbone.helinet.de[192.168.111.32] CRAM-MD5 no secret in database

I've checked out the archive, but that didn't help.:-(
Any idea?
