[imp] *sigh* (Login issues)

    What causes /horder/login.php to display a login name in the field, more precisely, my (actual) name, not my login name.  This happens a) for any machine that hits the site, whether it's for the very first time, or returning visitors, and b) for *every* user.

    What gives?!
