[imp] Featur Req for imp

Hi,

i'd like to add a feature for imp 3.0 but couldn't find how to do it.
So:
how can i add a button 'apply filters' to the toolbar of imp
(inbox/compose/folders/options/...) to force filters ?

The 'apply all filters' button is too hidden IMHO (you have to go through
options/filters/edit my filter rules).
