[imp] unable to view attachments from the internet.

What works : we can vieuw and download attachments without any problem from
our internal network.

However, if someone connects from the internet, he can download the
attachments, but he can't view them.  Internet explorer gives the error that
the server can't be found.  Anybody any idea where the problem could be?  I
have only port 80 open for access from the internet, should another port be
open also?
