[imp] IMP/PGP - Compose with digital signatures

To all that have been using the PGP functionality - I am pleased to 
announce that, as of the latest CVS, IMP now is able to send a correctly 
formatted PGP signed message (according to RFC 2015 [5]).  I have tested 
the message with mutt and everything looks good.  Let me know if anyone has 
any problems with _any_ pgp messages signed with IMP.

Next on the TODO list is verifying digitally signed messages in IMP.
