OK - latest CVS now contains a S/MIME viewer that implements RFC 1847.  
Essentially, it will handle all 'multipart/encrypted' 
and 'multipart/signed'.  All it does is act as a wrapper to other 
MIME_Viewers: it figurse out the protocol the part needs and then loads 
that MIME_Viewer.

It is a horde-wide MIME_Viewer instead of IMP specific so look for it there.

It works with all the current IMP PGP stuff so it looks like I haven't 
broke too much yet :)
