[imp] Broken MIME download link

I've been getting some odd responses when trying to download an attachement 
(usually a MS Word Doc) which has previously worked and works ok when using the 
preview link.

when I try to download the file I get the text of the MIME encoding ie streams 
of ASCII chars and not the original binary file, the fact that it works when 
using the preview link means the message is ok, but the download url is broken.

Any ideas?

PS: using horde/imp CVS sun 20:00 GMT on RH 7.1 Apache 1.3.22, php 4.1.2
