[imp] setting a mail priority on outgoing mails ?

IMP get this flag from the IMAP server, however it decides what an 
important message is.

The problem is, there is no standard for marking messages as important. So 
you can either write a RFC that everyone who writes an email software 
follows :-), or you can submit a clean patch that implements this feature 
in IMP and works with the proprietary methods of most of or at least the 
most important mail sofware products.
