[imp] Prevent pop3 access

Hi,

my first thought is to just bind your pop3/imap daemon to localhost
127.0.0.1. So I did. My users can access via pop3s and imaps but not via non
ssl connections. The imap daemon without ssl is just running for IMP and is
accessed via localhost. You can configure that with xinetd.
