[imp] Couplke Different Issues

Well - thanks to Scott Bigelow, I got the problem working that wouldn't
allow mail to go OUT from IMP (Thanks Scott!)

Now a couple of new questions - not MAJOR Issues but would be nice:

1) I created a folder called 'Mailing Lists' under my Inbox. It won't
show it in the folders view. When I go to try and create it again
(thinking that maybe it didn't do it the first time) it says that the
folder exists.

2) How can I kill the Netcenter, Bigfoot and Verisign address books? I
only want the IMP one that I created to be in there. I went into options
and selected the IMP Address Book, but when I go to Addresses, I still
have to manually select the IMP one to list what's in there.

3) How can I change the full Login page - I'm sorry, the program runs
really great but it has the ugliest Login Screen. :)
